石泰樂先生（Mr. Roland Steiner）是北京新云南皇冠假日酒店的總經理，同時是洲際酒店集團華北中區運營總監。
 
他加入洲際酒店集團已經超過30年，在他的從業經理中游歷了很多的國家，從他的家鄉德國，到南非、美國、新加坡、馬來西亞等地，積累了豐富的酒店管理經驗。 自從1992年來到烏魯木齊假日酒店，他就在中國扎下根來，先后在武漢、成都、杭州、大連等地洲際集團旗下的酒店擔任總經理。他對酒店行業充滿熱忱，尤其擅長國際酒店經營管理、市場戰略營銷、新酒店開業等，憑借其至臻至善的服務理念和卓越的管理能力，取得了驕人的業績。
 
2013年10月份，石泰樂加入了北京新云南皇冠假日酒店，帶領酒店管理團隊，先后承辦了洲際集團領導人會議、國際學校交流會、米其林美食節、德國啤酒節等活動，進一步推動了酒店市場影響力及酒店績效！
 
 
PROFILE - MR. ROLAND STEINER
 
Mr. Roland Steiner is the general manager of Crowne Plaza Beijing Sun Palace, and also hosts his post as Director of Operations, Central North China of IHG.

Mr. Steiner has been working with IHG for over 30 years. He commenced his career in Germany and has held key general manager positions across various IHG properties in South Africa, the US, Singapore, Malaysia and China. With his passion for excellence, extraordinary leaderships and commitments, he has reached outstanding achievements, in hotel management, marketing strategy and new openings especially.

Mr. Steiner joined Crowne Plaza Beijing Sun Palace in October 2013 and during the last 2 years, he has been leading the management team and hosted multiple grand events like IHG leadership conference, Michelin gourmet festival, Oktoberfest, through which the visibility and influence of the hotel in the marketplace has been enhanced enormously.
