朱曉東女士于2015年3月加入凱悅酒店集團，就任凱悅酒店集團中國區營運副總裁。在加入凱悅前，朱曉東女士曾就職于銀泰集團，并于2013年8月出任中國銀泰投資有限公司副總裁。期間負責銀泰集團行政、人事、法務、品牌，以及酒店板塊的工作。她曾領銜多個城市的酒店項目規劃并代表業主與多家國際知名酒店（品牌）管理公司合作開展酒店籌備、開業經營等全程工作。
Ms Lily Zhu joined Hyatt Hotel Group in March 2015 and served as Vice President - Operation of Hyatt Hotel Group in Greater China. Before that, Ms Lily Zhu was the vice president of China Yintai Group and responsible for administration, personnel, legal affairs, branding and work in hotel sector. She has engaged in hotel projects planning in several cities and represented the owners to cooperate with several famous international hotel management companies on planning and operation of hotel pipelines.
