高級經濟師，金融碩士，云南省餐飲與美食行業協會副會長，現任昆明洲際酒店業主總經理，有著近30年的酒店從業經驗，擁有豐富的酒店籌備開業經驗；曾憑借著豐富團隊管理經驗、優秀的組織運營管理能力、廣泛的社會資源，使瀕臨破產的昆明滇池溫泉花園國際大酒店起死回生，扭虧為盈；在其精心的策劃下，昆明洲際酒店得以在五個月的時間里成功開業，成為了洲際酒店管理公司在全球籌備開業時間最短的酒店。自2013年任昆明洲際酒店業主總經理至今，在其帶領下酒店經營業績穩步增長，每年均超額完成經營指標，同時順利完成重大政務接待，并得到了國際、國內社會各界的一致認可和好評。

Currently he is in the position of Owner's General Manager of InterContinental Kunming with nearly 30 years of hotel experiences, he was responsible for the opening of Kunming Bank Hotel Crowne Plaza Beijing and InterContinental Kunming; With his extensive team management experience, excellent operational management skills and wide range of social resources, he brought the nearly bankrupt Kunming Dianchi Hot Springs Garden Hotel back on track and turned losses into profits. Under his lead, the InterContinental Kunming has been successfully opened in five months which become the first intercontinental hotel with the shortest opening time. Since 2013 until nowadays the hotel's business performance has steadily increased and the annual operating target has been over fulfilled. On the other hand, the Intercontinental Kunming has successfully complete the political reception tasks for many times with great reputation from both international and domestic side.
