大廈隸屬于內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)人民政府駐北京辦事處，2004年底開始籌備建設，2006年6月26日奠基施工，2010年5月22日開業(yè)運營，2012年3月16日正式掛牌四星級酒店，2013年通過了ISO9001:2008質(zhì)量管理體系和ISO14001: 2004環(huán)境管理體系認證。
