吳啟元先生自1986年出任杭州中日友好飯店副總經理，開始了他的飯店生涯以來，20余年中他先后擔任過數家高星級飯店總經理。在長期和日本、香港、美國高層管理人員共事的過程中，他融東、西方管理之精髓，逐步形成了其特有的、符合中國國情的國際化管理理念及企業文化。
Mr Wu Qiyuan began his career in hotel industry since 1986 when he served as the Deputy General Manager of Friendship Hotel Hangzhou. Over more than 20 years, he has been the general manager of various high-end hotels. On the basis of his long-term experience of cooperating with management level colleagues from Japan, Hong Kong, USA, etc., he develops a special idea on international management and company culture with Chinese elements.
