來自德國的安德里亞斯•克雷默先生目前任職三亞半山半島洲際度假酒店總經理。這位從小在酒店里長大的總經理，是一位具有酒店管理專業碩士背景且具有豐富酒店工作經驗的管理者，身上還不乏洋溢著西方人的幽默風趣以及德國式的嚴謹認真。酒店于他而言不是工作，而是一種生活方式。他曾先后在德國、印度、馬爾代夫、中國等多個國家的希爾頓酒店及度假村、第六感度假村、萬達酒店及度假村等全球知名酒店集團從事管理工作，任職總經理職務超過十年。不同國家、不同品牌的管理經驗使雷默先生具有敏銳的思維及多元化的視角。
Andreas Kraemer is now general manager of InterContinental Sanya Resort. He grew up in a hotel, and is an administrator with a master degree of hotel management and rich experience of working in hotels. He has a fine sense of humour just like a westerner and is rigorous and precise like a German. Hotel is a kind of lifestyle to him rather than work. He has once been responsible for the management of global famous hotel groups like Hilton Hotels&Resorts, Six Sense Resorts, Wanda Hotels&Resorts and so on in Germany, India, Maldives, China, etc, and has been general manager for over ten years. His management experience for different countries and different brands gives him acute thought and diversified angles of view.
