楊曉軒先生1961年4月出生，云南昆明人，中共黨員，畢業于重慶建筑工程學院機電設備專業和大連理工大學EMBA 專業，在職碩士學歷，高級工程師。歷任云南省第二安裝工程公司副總經理、黨委書記兼常務副總經理，云南省城市建設投資有限公司副總經理，云南省城市建設投資集團有限公司副總裁。現任云南省城市建設投資集團有限公司黨委委員、副總裁，兼任云南海埂酒店管理有限公司董事長，負責全集團酒店板塊的運營和開發。擔任云南省旅游飯店行業協會名譽會長、中國旅游飯店業協會副會長。受聘為昆明理工大學津橋學院客座教授、中國酒店聯盟組織高級顧問。
        05年加入城投集團，先后負責組織投資建設了北京新云南皇冠假日酒店、西雙版納洲際度假酒店、昆明洲際酒店、騰沖悅椿溫泉酒店、玉溪撫仙湖希爾頓酒店、上海鎮坪智選假日酒店，改造翻牌了大理洱海英迪格酒店，積累了非常豐富的國際高端酒店投資建設及運營管理經驗。08年北京酒店開業后，組建并培養發展了一支有豐富業主投資及資產管理經驗的業主團隊。配合集團參與收購成都會展旅游集團、銀泰商業地產的部分項目、海口國際會展集團，組織接管了歸入集團旗下的10家酒店。目前，專職負責管理城投集團旗下的18家運營中的酒店，正在開發的12家酒店，酒店品牌涵蓋了洲際集團的洲際、皇冠假日、假日、智選假日、華邑、英迪格，希爾頓集團的華爾道夫、希爾頓、希爾頓逸林，悅榕集團的悅榕莊、悅椿、悅苑，萬豪集團的萬豪、喜來登等。與洲際集團、希爾頓集團、悅榕集團和萬豪集團建立了良好的合作關系，云南城投集團是洲際集團、悅榕集團大中華區最大的業主伙伴。

Successively served as deputy general manager, party secretary and executive deputy general manager of yunnan second installation engineering co., LTD., deputy general manager of yunnan urban construction investment co., LTD., and vice President of yunnan urban construction investment group co., LTD. Currently serves as the party committee member and vice President of yunnan urban construction investment group co., LTD., and concurrently serves as the chairman of yunnan ridge hotel management co., LTD., responsible for the operation and development of the hotel sector of the whole group. Served as honorary President of yunnan provincial tourism hotel industry association and vice President of China tourism hotel industry association. I was employed as a visiting professor of tianjin bridge college of kunming university of science and technology and a senior consultant of China hotel alliance organization.

After the hotel opened in Beijing in 2008, a team of owners with rich experience in investment and asset management was established and developed. Cooperated with the group in the acquisition of chengdu mice tourism group, some projects of Yintai commercial real estate and haikou international convention and exhibition group, and organized the takeover of 10 hotels under the group.
