郭潛力，男，現任海航天津中心唐拉雅秀酒店董事長，國家二級作家，中共黨員。1989年起從事酒店及旅游企業高級管理工作，先后任職海口新南洋大酒店常務副總經理；海南國泰國際旅行社總經理、法定代表人；1996年3月當選海南省旅游協會第一屆理事；2002年起至今，歷任陜西長安海航之星賓館有限公司總經理；海南博鰲海航度假酒店總經理；重慶海航酒店投資有限公司董事、總經理（其中：2008年1月至2010年8月任海航西南區域企業黨委副書記兼紀委書記；重慶海航置業有限公司董事長、總經理 ）；北京石景山海航大酒店管理有限公司董事、總經理（并兼任北京海航盛景房地產開發有限公司常務副總經理）；海航天津中心發展有限公司總經理、董事長；天津中心唐拉雅秀酒店董事長；同時兼任天津旺海鑫酒店管理有限公司（天津凱悅酒店）董事長、法定代表人。
