王建平（中國(guó)旅游飯店協(xié)會(huì)副會(huì)長(zhǎng)、浙江飯店業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)長(zhǎng)、浙江世貿(mào)君瀾酒店管理集團(tuán)總裁） 王建平，國(guó)家飯店專家指導(dǎo)委員會(huì)專家，浙江省飯店業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)長(zhǎng)，國(guó)家級(jí)飯店星級(jí)檢查員、2010版飯店星級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的主要起草人。曾任浙江省旅游局行業(yè)管理處處長(zhǎng)。多年從事飯店行業(yè)管理和研究工作，浙江工商大學(xué)研究生導(dǎo)師，上海財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)等多家院校專業(yè)指導(dǎo)委員專家成員。主持起草了《家庭旅館》、《綠色飯店》、《星級(jí)餐館》等多部國(guó)內(nèi)首創(chuàng)的飯店行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
