劉安先生現(xiàn)任昆明索菲特大酒店總經(jīng)理，今年是他來到中國(guó)工作的第八年，也是他加入昆明索菲特大酒店的第三年。
         劉安先生來自南非，畢業(yè)于瑞士格里昂酒店管理學(xué)院（Glion Institute of Higher Education）并獲得MBA學(xué)位的他，目前已有超過20年酒店總經(jīng)理崗位的從業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
         劉安先生的酒店從業(yè)之旅使他足跡遍布世界各地，他曾先后在迪拜、津巴布韋、納米比亞、西雙版納、成都、北京、昆明等地工作過，服務(wù)于凱賓斯基、安納塔拉、六善、雅高等國(guó)際知名酒店品牌。劉安先生是一位精力充沛、經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富的團(tuán)隊(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者，多年的全球化從業(yè)經(jīng)歷使他善于在跨文化背景下構(gòu)建國(guó)際化團(tuán)隊(duì)，在以結(jié)果為導(dǎo)向的驅(qū)動(dòng)下，帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)成就卓越的客戶服務(wù)和業(yè)績(jī)表現(xiàn)。
        As the General Manager of Sofitel Kunming, Mr. Erasmus has worked in China for 8 years and this is the 3rd year he joined Sofitel Kunming.
        Mr. Erasmus comes from South Africa, he was graduated from Glion Institute of Higher Education and received MBA degree. He has over 20 years working experience as General Manager of hotel till now.
        He has worked in international 5 star hotel properties in many different countries and cities around the world include Dubai, Zimbabwe, Namibia, Xishuangbanna, Chengdu, Beijing and Kunming. Mr. Erasmus is an energetic and seasoned team leader able to create, build and lead multi-cultural teams which can exceed both guest’s and owner’s expectations.
