昨日，從聯合國有關方面傳來法律性文件，國際旅游與酒店聯合總會已于5月25日在聯合國立案注冊。國際旅游與酒店聯合總會是聯合國經濟與社會事務部組織機構（法定總部在紐約），是由聯合國駐法國歐盟社會經濟研究院，以及世界酒店聯盟、法中文化交流促進中心三家國際機構共同發起并在聯合國總部批準成立的國際性非政府組織（NGO），是國際社會為積極參與中國“一帶一路”國家戰略，并利用旅游業這個十分重要的“陽光行業”、“先導產業”能夠在全球范圍內進行中西方文化交流進步、資源共享、經濟合作，以及促進全世界和平這樣良好大背景下成立的全球性行業聯合總會。該總會隸屬于聯合國經濟與社會事務部。聯合國是由主權國家組成的國際組織，聯合國經濟與社會事務部是聯合國總部的重要組成部門，共設有9個司（廳）。國際旅游與酒店聯合總會將在法國巴黎和中國北京設立雙總部，該總會創始人為多米尼克（聯合國駐法國歐盟經濟研究院院長）、吳軍林（世界酒店聯盟主席）、蔡垂彪（法中文化交流促進中心主席），總主席為多米尼克（法國）、共同主席為吳軍林（中國）、蔡垂彪（法國），由吳軍林兼任亞太區主席，蔡垂彪兼任歐洲大區主席。國際旅游與酒店聯合總會將于7月15日在中國海口舉辦的“第五屆世界酒店聯盟大會暨第十屆世界酒店論壇”開幕式上向全球宣告正式成立，三位創始主席將共同登臺亮相致辭演說。

The Incorporation of FIHOTO was Approved by UN Headquarters

Yesterday, legal documents from relevant sides of the United Nations(UN) said that, the International Federation of Hotel and Tourism(FIHOTO) has already been registered and put on record at UN on May 25th. The federation, one of the organizations of United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs(its headquarter in France is located in Paris), is an international non-governmental organization(NGO) approved by the UN and established by 3 international agencies including the UN Economic and Social Research Institute of the EU in France, World Hotel Association and France and China Cultural Promotion Center corporately. It is a global industrial federation established during when the international society is dedicated to taking an active part in “the Belt and Road Initiatives” strategy of China, conducting Sino-Western cultural communication, resource sharing and economic cooperation around the world by taking advantage of tourist industry----an important “sunny industry”and “forerunner industry”, and promoting the world peace. The federation is affiliated with United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs. While UN is an international organization composed of sovereign states. United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs, which has 9 offices, is an important department of UN headquarters. FIHOTO is to set up headquarters both in Paris and Beijing, its founders include Dominique(president of the UN Economic and Social Research Institute of the EU in France), Mr. Wu Junlin(president of World Hotel Association), Bernard SOK(president of France and China Cultural Promotion Center), with Dominique(France) as chief chairman, Mr. Wu Junlin(China) and Bernard SOK(France) as co-chairman, and Mr. Wu Junlin as chairman of its Asia-Pacific area and Bernard SOK as that of its European area. FIHOTO is to formally announce its establishment to the world on the opening ceremony of “the 5th World Hotel Association Conference and the 10th World Hotel Forum” on July 15th at Haikou, China and the three chairmen is to make speeches.
