生命的春歌

最近，在朋友圈里看到中國(guó)首富王健林在萬(wàn)達(dá)企業(yè)年會(huì)上演唱搖滾歌曲，而且他唱得很投入，并充滿激情。
最近，在看《褚時(shí)健傳》，褚時(shí)健這位老人快九十歲了還在堅(jiān)持自己的奮斗和為人處事的一些理想。
最近，大寒已至，中國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)GDP增速已跌破7%（6.9%），在政治與經(jīng)濟(jì)大調(diào)整的當(dāng)口，從政的、經(jīng)商的、打工的、種地的、上學(xué)的等等日子普遍不好過(guò)，尤其是服務(wù)業(yè)中的旅游業(yè)和酒店業(yè)。大旅游業(yè)這幾年發(fā)展主要是刺激內(nèi)需，到中國(guó)入境旅游的國(guó)際游客數(shù)卻逐年在下降。酒店業(yè)作為中國(guó)改革開(kāi)放的窗口行業(yè)，2016年依然面臨市場(chǎng)嚴(yán)重困擾。據(jù)悉，2015年中國(guó)國(guó)家旅游局評(píng)定的星級(jí)酒店已“關(guān)、停、并、轉(zhuǎn)”了3,300多家，從原來(lái)的一萬(wàn)五千多家銳減到一萬(wàn)一千多家，這是一種時(shí)代發(fā)展的必然。那么其他行業(yè)的酒店、賓館呢？全中國(guó)有三十多萬(wàn)家服務(wù)接待酒店、賓館、度假村，它們將怎樣走出2016，或走進(jìn)未來(lái)的三、五年呢？
有時(shí)政專家預(yù)測(cè)，到2016年3月份中國(guó)中央政府“兩會(huì)”開(kāi)完之后，中國(guó)的政治經(jīng)濟(jì)局勢(shì)會(huì)有一個(gè)比較好的轉(zhuǎn)向，特別是服務(wù)業(yè)將會(huì)有所松綁，但真的如此嗎？
褚時(shí)健是曾經(jīng)的“煙王”，后來(lái)，在生命的逆境中去種“橙子”了，而且取得了令人矚目的成功。
王健林是中國(guó)首富，企業(yè)帝國(guó)業(yè)務(wù)從中國(guó)發(fā)展到世界各地，他的企業(yè)幾乎涉及所有產(chǎn)業(yè)。眾所周知，現(xiàn)在的“萬(wàn)達(dá)”又在開(kāi)始做“文化”和“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融”了，真是“搖滾”得可以。我們不管那些“首富”們其結(jié)局和最終下場(chǎng)如何，但是，他們總是善于將“嚴(yán)冬”變成“春天”去堅(jiān)強(qiáng)度過(guò)。
“冬天來(lái)了，春天還會(huì)遠(yuǎn)嗎？”這是一個(gè)比較老的哲思，也就是說(shuō)冬天來(lái)了春天必然緊跟其后。既然如此，我們面對(duì)“大寒”和中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的普遍不景氣，應(yīng)該充滿信心。總之，中國(guó)的總體發(fā)展目前在全球范圍內(nèi)還是比較好的。從政策調(diào)整、軍事改革、外交主攻、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展理性面對(duì)來(lái)看，中國(guó)未來(lái)二、三十年發(fā)展依然會(huì)引領(lǐng)全球經(jīng)濟(jì)，大國(guó)影響力地位只會(huì)不斷地加強(qiáng)。
從一個(gè)國(guó)家到一個(gè)行業(yè)再到一個(gè)人，其實(shí)道理都一樣，我們這樣年歲的大多每個(gè)人都經(jīng)歷了“文革”的悲慘痛苦，改革開(kāi)放的超常發(fā)展，以及現(xiàn)時(shí)的理性降溫等幾個(gè)重要人生階段。不管怎樣，世間大事成就于人之個(gè)體，就每一個(gè)人而言，一味地悲歡與痛苦，哀怨與沉吟都只能給自己帶來(lái)源源不斷的負(fù)能量。
在這樣一個(gè)溫度很低的冬天，面對(duì)諸多方面的“寒流”與“冷溫”，我們應(yīng)該欣然面對(duì)！喧囂消逝、鉛華褪卻時(shí)，你將擁有更多的本色。在大浪淘沙中，每個(gè)人都應(yīng)具備良好的堅(jiān)忍不拔的心態(tài)，去迎接每一個(gè)沖擊和命運(yùn)的洗禮。
當(dāng)你面對(duì)困難和痛苦時(shí)，別人可能比你面對(duì)和承受的困苦會(huì)更多。旅游業(yè)是一個(gè)陽(yáng)光產(chǎn)業(yè)，“吃、住、行、游、購(gòu)、娛”六要素都是能讓人非常快樂(lè)的。我們?cè)谶@樣一個(gè)行業(yè)工作二十多年，每天都應(yīng)帶有春天般的溫暖和陽(yáng)光，每個(gè)人都善于在每個(gè)冬天里譜寫(xiě)一曲“生命的春歌”。

Sing For Life

Recently I have grown ever bewildered about life, a live show of Wang Jianlin, China’s richest entrepreneur, is trending on WeChat moments, he was so immersed in the rock song, bursting with overwhelming passion in Wanda’s annual meeting.
Lately I’ve become obsessed with “A Chu Shijian Biography”, Chu Shijian, a 90-year-old, is still striving hard in the first place.
It’s right about great cold, China’s economy is undergoing the great recession, its GDP growth plunging below 7% to 6.9%. The recession is severely traumatizing all industries especially the tourism and hospitality industries. Speaking of tourism and hospitality, the number of yearly overseas tourists has greatly diminished, hence disturbing the hospitality market. Hospitality has always been the window industry ever since the Reform and Opening-up Policy, there had been a great fiasco in the hospitality industry, bankruptcies, merge, acquisitions and transfers have befallen in over 3300 properties in the year of 2015, yet it won’t get any better in the forthcoming 2016. For over 300 thousand service hotels and resorts in China, they’re confronted with the problem of how to get round to the unimaginably difficult new year.
It’s predicted that China’s political and economic situation will expect an improvement after the NPC & CPPCC in March in 2016.
Chu Shijian used to be the “King of Tobacco”, but he had been through the worst adversities in life, however he started “orange business” later and achieved noticeable success.
Wang Jianlin is the richest entrepreneur in China, with his business reaching across the globe, his empire covers almost every aspect of human life. He is commencing with “culture” and “i-Finance” now, whatever they has undergone in the past, they’re always sophisticated enough to make their own times.
In the masterpiece poem “Ode to the West Wind” by P.B.Shelley, he exclaimed:”If Winter comes,can Spring be far behind?” We shall keep our chin up and face the depression with diligence and determination as China is still standing tall in the globe, the dominating status will ever be reinforced with efforts done in the next two or three decades.
It is the same with us individuals, our peers have witnessed the tyranny of Cultural Revolution, the legendary and hypernormal advancement of Reform and Opening-up, man proposes, God disposes, we shall look forward and make progress all the time.
After all those years of austerity and hardship, one is deprived of everything except for his spiritual existence as well as the will to make a change. Face it!
Think about the others, they might have died once when you’re just sitting here whining about the misery and obstacles. In this special industry we’re engaged, thou shall rise and shine and sing for life!
