　　Despise the global economy is steadily growing, the global is still in the shadow of economic crisis, the bank crunches credit, enterprise invests cautions, export trade slumps, and residents’ expenses shirk. Although every country’s government has initiated a series of diplomacy to save the economy, the crisis influence will still last for a long time.

　　In this paper, author analyzed the influence of the economic crisis on the hospitality industry and pointed out that after 30 years of development, China hospitality has achieved a leap in both scale and quantity. We should notice that some blindness exist behind the development. The author took the example of development of HNA, illustrated the measures of how to capture the market opportunities and build the hotel brand.

　　雖然目前全球的經濟在慢慢地企穩回升，但經濟危機的陰霾依然籠罩著全球。銀行緊縮信貸，企業投資謹慎，出口貿易低迷，居民消費萎縮。盡管各國政府都出臺了一系列政策措施挽救經濟，但危機的影響注定將持續很長一段時間。

　　經濟危機對酒店業的影響
　　這次危機給全球的各行各業都帶來了不小的沖擊，酒店業也不例外。中國酒店業經過30年的發展，無論從規模還是數量上都有了飛躍式的發展。但是我們應該看到，這樣的發展背后是有一定的盲目性。尤其在此次經濟危機中，中國的酒店遭受了巨大的沖擊。酒店行業屬于資金密集性行業，投資回報低，再加上國內的酒店大都屬于單體酒店，規模小、抗風險能力弱，經歷此次經濟危機的打擊下，經營十分困難，資產價值不斷貶低。這也正是進行收購和重組的好時機。

　　相比之下，外資品牌的酒店在中國一路高歌猛進。外資酒店從80年代進入中國北京、上海、廣州一線城市開始，到90年代進入沿海發達城市和各大省會城市，再到目前全面進入內陸城市，形成了高、中、低檔覆蓋全國各大城市的多品牌的酒店發展戰略。海航酒店集團要走的就是這樣一條發展之道。
