從2008年加入上海齊魯萬怡大酒店市場銷售團隊開始，朱聰先生的職業生涯就一直與萬豪結緣。2009年，他加入上海浦東喜來登由由大酒店及公寓，擔任不同的銷售領導職務，并被擢升為酒店客戶總監。2013年，他重返萬豪，擔任上海金橋紅楓萬豪酒店銷售副總監，憑借出色的工作表現和領導才能，在同年晉升為銷售總監。2016年1月，他出任酒店執行市場總監。

朱聰先生在市場銷售領域擁有豐富的管理經驗，尤其深諳浦東市場趨勢及客戶需求，相信憑借其專業的知識，以及充滿創新與激情的工作風格，必將帶領市場銷售團隊再創佳績。

Shanghai Marriott Hotel Pudong East has named Justin Zhu as Director of Marketing. He will be responsible for the overall sales and marketing strategy and management.

Justin started with Courtyard Shanghai Pudong and worked with both Pro-active and Re-active teams during his tenure there in the year 2008. In 2009, Justin joined Sheraton Shanghai Pudong Complex, where he held various sales leader positions and advanced to Account Director for Corporate. In 2013, he came back to Marriott and acted as Assistant Director of Sales and promoted to Director of Sales within the same year based on his remarkable performance as a leader. Justin was promoted to Acting Director of Marketing at Shanghai Marriott Hotel Pudong East in January 2016.

Justin is passionate about hospitality industry and especially in Sales and Market division. With his strong knowledge of Pudong Market, we are confident that Justin will lead the team for a greater success in this new assignment.
