新任命
近日，青島海爾洲際酒店宣布任命賈偉德先生Mr. Michael Chia為酒店新任總經(jīng)理，他將全面負(fù)責(zé)酒店的運(yùn)營和管理工作，繼續(xù)傳承百年的洲際集團(tuán)服務(wù)理念，為客人創(chuàng)造難忘的體驗(yàn)。
賈偉徳先生是一位充滿激情的酒店經(jīng)營者，在國際知名的酒店集團(tuán)擁有超過20年的管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。具有跨文化敏感性，能夠提供推動(dòng)同事和客人體驗(yàn)所需的強(qiáng)有力的親身領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力。無論是酒店籌備開業(yè)、運(yùn)營、財(cái)務(wù)以及人力資源等方面，均具有精神的專業(yè)知識(shí)和扎實(shí)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。他在履新之前，也收獲了諸多榮譽(yù)和獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)，他有能力在競(jìng)爭激烈的市場(chǎng)中策劃酒店開業(yè)前的工作，管理業(yè)主對(duì)酒店裝修項(xiàng)目的投資回報(bào)。如2020年獲得柚子婚禮頒發(fā)的“年度杰出總經(jīng)理”榮譽(yù)，2021年5月獲得酒店探索之旅酒店頒發(fā)的“年度總經(jīng)理”殊榮。
賈偉徳先生成長于加拿大多倫多，畢業(yè)于瑞爾森大學(xué)的酒店及旅游管理專業(yè)。他先后在香港、臺(tái)北、澳門、杭州等地多個(gè)知名凱悅品牌酒店任職，并獲得了卓越的業(yè)績。2011年，他加入文華東方酒店集團(tuán)，于三亞、香港擔(dān)任酒店經(jīng)理及北京擔(dān)任酒店總經(jīng)理職務(wù)。2019年伊始，擔(dān)任杭州君悅酒店總經(jīng)理。
賈偉德先生是一個(gè)腳踏實(shí)地的人，從基層一路走到今天。如今他帶領(lǐng)著海爾洲際酒店的團(tuán)隊(duì)將會(huì)開辟新的目標(biāo)，他說道：

在閑暇時(shí)間，Michael喜歡循環(huán)訓(xùn)練、徒步旅行、瑜伽、慢跑，并喜歡旅行，探索新的地方，體驗(yàn)不同的文化。他也非常期待能體驗(yàn)這座美麗濱海城市的文化與歷史。
InterContinental Qingdao has recently announced the appointment of Mr. Michael Chia as the hotel's new General Manager, who will be fully responsible for the hotel's operations and management, continuing the century-old InterContinental Group service philosophy of creating unforgettable experiences for guests.
Mr. Chia is a passionate hotelier with over 20 years of management experience in internationally reputable hotel groups. Cross-culturally sensitive and able to provide strong hands-on leadership needed to drive colleague and guest experience. Mr. Chia has a wealth of expertise and experience in the areas of hotel preparation, operations, finance and human resources. He has the ability to orchestrate hotel pre-opening in a very competitive market, manage return on owner investment on hotel renovation projects and maintain good relationships with owners. This allowed him to receive numerous accolades and awards before his new role. Includes "Outstanding General Manager of the Year" in 2020 by Youzi Wedding and "GM of the Year" in May, 2021, by Hotel Discovery.
Mr. Chia grew up in Toronto, Canada and graduated from Ryerson University with a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management. He has worked in various well-known Hyatt brand hotels in Hong Kong, Taipei, Macao and Hangzhou, and has achieved outstanding performance. In 2011, he was promoted to Hotel Manager in Sanya and Hong Kong and General Manager in Beijing with Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. At the beginning of 2019, Mr. Chia assumed the role of General Manager of Grand Hyatt Hangzhou.
Mr. Chia is a down-to-earth person and he is very proud to have worked his way up from the bottom to where he is today. He said: "I enjoy the fulfilment I get from teamwork in delivering unique experiences and unforgettable memories for our guests.” In his leisure time, Michael enjoys circuit training, hiking, Yoga, jogging and love to travel and explore new places and experience different cultures. He is also looking forward to experiencing the culture and history of this beautiful coastal city.
