我們定于6月12日-23日在歐洲五國舉辦的“第九屆世界酒店論壇歐洲峰會”及有關考察活動時間已日趨臨近，原計劃25人成團的人數已經超出，預計將有40-50人（包括隨從），統一從北京出發，共赴“歐洲峰會”。
 
鑒于每個人的具體情況不同，且同期所需要辦理的各項手續繁多，為了避免出現以前“世界酒店論壇臺灣峰會”有幾位嘉賓未能及時穩妥地配合辦理出境手續而無法成行的遺憾，我們特別懇請大家積極配合辦理好各項出國手續，希望您們有專人和組委會秘書處聯合工作，共同將“第九屆世界酒店論壇歐洲峰會”等活動舉辦成業界極具代表性的里程碑“峰會”。

  Dear all respected association leaders and entrepreneurs:
 
The time of holding the 9th World Hotel Forum European Summit and related investigation activities during June 12th and 23th are approaching. And we estimated that 40-50 people(including attendants), will all start from Beijing to attend the European Summit, exceeding original plan of 25 people.
 
We specially request you to positively coordinate and complete all procedures for going abroad for everyone's concrete condition is different and the procedures are too much and complex to make at the same time, avoiding the regret of some guests didn’t complete the procedures in time and couldn’t attend in Taiwan Summit. We hope you’ve a specially assigned person to associate work with committee secretariat and together hold the 9th World Hotel Forum European Summit and related activities to be the most representative milestone summit in this industry.
