Great Cooperation -- The Formal Contract WHA System and LianYunGang Urben Construction Holding Group Officially Signed
In order to build a better LianYunGang culture tourism industry chain in the new era , to build a platform of LianYunGang international tourism industry and the hotel management development , to promote the development of LianYunGang Urben Construction Holding Group in the hotel industry, on the afternoon of October 24, the WHA and LianYunGang Urben Construction Holding Group formally signed a framework cooperation agreement, both sides make cooperation on the following aspects:
1. LianYunGang Urben Construction Holding Group commissioned WHA to introduce the international tourism and hotel brands, and do in-depth mutual cooperation on hotel asset disposal and optimize business management. In addition, LianYunGang Urben Construction Holding Group entrust WHA to carry out key investment and cooperation business after selected cultural tourism projects and tourist attraction complex projects nationwide.
2. LianYunGang Urben Construction Holding Group became the vice - chairman unit of WHA.
3. Mr. Wu Junlin, President of the WHA and Executive Chairman of the FIHOTO, was especially appointed by LianYunGang Urben Construction Holding Group as the consultant.
4. The two parties jointly set up the "Wu Junlin International Culture & Tourism Industry College" and "Wu Junlin International Culture & Tourism Industry Development Research Institute" in LianYunGang, and jointly built the “ Culture & Tourism Industry" complex project in LianYunGang.
5. Both sides should support and actively participated in important activities jointly held and major projects of resource integration and investment cooperation, especially the WHA system such as "Culture & Tourism International Summit", “World Hotel Forum”, and “ Continental Diamond Awards” as well as the settled in "Alliance Headquarters Base" project investment cooperation and other work.
6. During the first five years of cooperation, both sides must make significant breakthroughs in cooperation in cultural tourism projects, resources integration. Make use of “Shanghai Pan Tourism Culture Group" and " Beijing Pan Tourism Culture Group " of the WHA system to carry out practical business.
7. The two sides also held talks and cooperation on resource integration, city marketing, tourism destination publicity and promotion, and the platform establishment of cultural tourism industry development group. The cooperation between the two sides was highly valued and strongly supported by leaders of LianYunGang municipal party committee and municipal government.
The cooperation between WHA and LianYunGang Urben Construction Holding Group will be an important symbol of "China Cultural Tourism Industry Development".
